Great Half Day Fishing Still Going on for Yellowtail. These are the same size fish that have been biting for a while now. Lots of 5-6 pounders with a few bigger models up to about 10-12 lbs.

Point Loma / Imperial Beach
Yellowtail continue to show although the bite today wasn’t close to being as good as yesterday.
The yellows were found both up on the surface and biting the trolled rapalas and chewing the fly line sardine and the surface iron. They are also being found on sonar marks. Those fish want the yoyo iron and the dropper loop sardine.
The area remains just west and south of the Whistler although some of the surface action happen on the inshore side of the Whistler in much shallower water.
